We may decline service for suspected contagious nail conditions, open or infected wounds in the treatment area, illness that may be contagious or risky, or disrespectful behavior. Guests with diabetes should tell their technician; cutting services are not performed. We do not cut ingrown nails or hangnails; with a signed Ingrown Nail Consent Form we will try to accommodate you and you release all liability.
Regular polish not included. Free fixes for gel polish chips, peeling, broken nails, or gems that fall off within 7 days, up to two times per service, same color. Scratched or misshapen nails: notify us within 24 hours and come in within 7 days. Extra charges may apply for designs or gems, or if you change your mind. If unsatisfied, tell us during the service or before leaving so we can fix it at no cost; once you leave, the service is considered accepted.
All sales and services are final; no refunds for change of mind after the service; gift cards and e-gifts are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
Appointments are held for 15 minutes; if you will be more than 15 minutes late, services may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Walk-ins are welcome; a wait may apply when we're busy. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may mean we can no longer hold appointments for you.
Please confirm prices before your service; prices may vary with design and customization. We'll show your chosen length, shape, and color on 1–2 nails first; speak up right away if anything isn't right. After the service is complete, changes may carry an additional charge.
